Free Scripture songs, verbatim from KJV Bible
Scripture songs can help you hide God's Word in your heart easily, accurately, and permanently. Through this Internet outreach of the Hitchcock Family Ministry, we have made available for free download a large collection of verbatim KJV Scripture songs. These Scripture songs were given to us by the Lord over a period of 35 years, and have proven an invaluable aid to memorizing the Word. The tunes are memorable, even for those with no musical inclination, and every word in every Scripture song is taken directly from the King James Version of the Bible.
With each Scripture song, we have included our own short commentary. It is our hope that the Scripture songs here will help you equip yourself with the "Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God" (Eph. 6:17), and that your understanding will be deepened by the other thoughts shared.

During the years when the children of our family were little, they enjoyed illustrating several rhyming books that we wrote based on Bible stories. After storing these books for over two decades, we decided to scan them into the computer and offer them in their entirety for free download. To the three original books we added The Ballad of Jesus, which was illustrated by the now-adult artists of our family in 2007.
Other music and resources
ICHTHUS is a singing group comprised of our extended family's younger generation. Their music is Bible-based and message-focused, and, like our Scripture songs, freely available on this site. Additionally, we have a variety of other writings and resources which will be added here as the Lord leads and time permits.
